Common questions and explanation of fees

For those of you who haven’t been to the tournament before or you are taking your turn to do the organising, here is a quick overview of some common questions:

Schedule of payments

31st December 2015 – Pay your £200 deposit to secure your team’s entry and the cheaper price of £85 per person.  For teams that enter after this date the cost per person is £95 per person.

29th February 2016 – Your balance payment has to be paid by this date.

We do take late entries but it depends how close the tournament we are.  If this applies to you please contact us via email:

Adding or changing players

You can change or add players at any point, however once your numbers have been confirmed we then confirm these with the holiday camp so your accommodation is sourced accordingly.  If you have any party members that pull out at this point we would ask that you try and find a replacement.

Do we need to be EB or BUCS registered?

Yes all players in the tournament must be registered with either EB or BUCS.  This covers you for insurance and is for your safety.  If you are not EB registered you can gain a temporary membership directly from EB for a cost of £5.

Can we bring supporters?

Yes of course!  The more the merrier!  Supporters are more than welcome to enjoy the tournament and for just £50pp they get the same experience as players/coaches/table officials/referees but without the game participation.

What’s the accommodation like?

You’ll be allocated self-catered chalets or caravans that will be 4-6 birth.  They have all the amenities you require including bed linen, electric etc.  All you will need is to supply your own food and drink.

I look forward to hearing from you!
